Delivery Conditions
If our products are custom-made for you, you will be informed about the delivery time by the relevant department. If it is a product available in our stock, it will be shipped to the specified address within 3-5 business days via our contracted couriers.
How can I return the product I purchased?
If you want to return a product you ordered from www.chezgalip.com due to a problem (shipping damage, manufacturing defect, right of withdrawal, etc.) after receiving your order, you must send the product back within 14 days from the date you received it. Since your e-archive invoice is sent to you via email, it is not mandatory to present the invoice for returns. It is sufficient to send the product with your order number or name. When sending the products back, please pay attention to the points under the “Return Conditions” section below. Once your product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant departments and approved for return. This process takes an average of 2-5 business days. According to the law, during package deliveries via courier (for product acceptance and returns), providing the customer’s ID number is mandatory. For custom-made products, except for issues caused by the product itself (shipping damage, manufacturing defect), there is no exchange or return after you receive your order. In the case of shipping damage, it must be documented with photos. Our products are custom-made. In the return process, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting all VAT, taxes, and shipping fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
How can I exchange the seasonal product I purchased?
You can also exchange the product you purchased from www.chezgalip.com at Çeç Çömlekçilik. To exchange products in stores, you need to bring the product’s invoice to the store. If there are any special discounts, such as coupon codes, discount vouchers, gift certificates, etc., used during the purchase on www.chezgalip.com, these discounts will not be valid for exchanges made in stores. The current sales price and promotions in the store at that time will apply.
What is the return period?
The return period is 15 days from the date you receive the product, according to the “Right of Withdrawal Without Reason” clause in the Consumer Protection Law.
How long will it take for the refund to be reflected in my account after the return process?
www.chezgalip.com checks the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions. When your return is accepted and your refund is processed, you will be notified via email. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account is determined by your bank and cannot be influenced by us.
What are the return conditions?
- The product must be returned to us in an undamaged, unused condition, and not damaged due to misuse.
- If the invoice is issued in the name of a company, it must be returned with a return invoice issued by the relevant company, excluding shipping costs, in the form of “Product Unit Price + VAT.” Orders with invoices issued in the name of companies will not be accepted for return if a return invoice is not issued.
- You are obligated to return the product in the condition it was delivered to you and, if used, to pay for the loss in commercial value due to use.
- Once your product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant departments and approved for return. This process takes an average of 2-5 business days.
